Okay, me and my husband have recently started trying on our second. I had my last period on the 13th of Nov. and we offically started trying on the 2nd of Dec. We have had intercourse several times since then. I have felt funny for two weeks now like I am. I have backaches, nausea, boob sore and emotions are crazy. I just felt like I really was. I have been really bloated also more so that usual. So, my period is like a week late now and I have taken four test since then. All neg. I went to see my family doctor and tested neg with a urine test and she did a pap smear and nothing. Is it too early maybe for even her to tell. I am so confused. Cause my period is like clock work and I have been feeling that stressed. Could I just be too excited about getting prego%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; help me please.

Hi Honey, here are some symptoms of pregnancy, check them and then see your doctor

Tender, swollen breasts

One of the early signs of pregnancy is sensitive, sore breasts caused by increasing levels of hormones. The soreness may feel like an exaggerated version of how your breasts feel before your period. Your discomfort should diminish significantly after the first trimester, as your body adjusts to the hormonal changes.

Fatigue

Feeling tired all of a sudden? No, make that exhausted. No one knows for sure what causes early pregnancy fatigue, but it's possible that rapidly increasing levels of the hormone progesterone are contributing to your sleepiness.

You should start to feel more energetic once you hit your second trimester, although fatigue usually returns late in pregnancy when you're carrying around a lot more weight and some of the common discomforts of pregnancy make it more difficult to get a good night's sleep

Nausea or vomiting

If you're like most women, morning sickness won't hit until about a month after conception. (A lucky few escape it altogether.) But some women do start to feel queasy a bit earlier. And not just in the morning, either 鈥?pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting can be a problem morning, noon, or night.

About half of women with nausea feel complete relief by the beginning of the second trimester. For most others it takes another month or so for the queasiness to ease up.

Increased sensitivity to odors

If you're newly pregnant, it's not uncommon to feel repelled by the smell of a bologna sandwich or cup of coffee and for certain aromas to trigger your gag reflex. Though no one knows for sure, this may be a side effect of rapidly increasing amounts of estrogen in your system. You may also find that certain foods you used to enjoy are suddenly completely repulsive to you.

Abdominal bloating

Hormonal changes in early pregnancy may leave you feeling bloated, similar to the feeling some women have just before their period arrives. That's why your clothes may feel snugger than usual at the waistline, even early on when your uterus is still quite small.

Frequent urination

Shortly after you become pregnant, you may find yourself hurrying to the bathroom all the time. Why? Mostly because during pregnancy the amount of blood and other fluids in your body increases, which leads to extra fluid being processed by your kidneys and ending up in your bladder.

This symptom may start as early as six weeks into your first trimester and continue or worsen as your pregnancy progresses and your growing baby exerts more pressure on your bladder.

A missed period

If you're usually pretty regular and your period doesn't arrive on time, you'll probably take a pregnancy test long before you notice any of the above symptoms. But if you're not regular or you're not keeping track of your cycle, nausea and breast tenderness and extra trips to the bathroom may signal pregnancy before you realize you didn't get your period.

Your basal body temperature stays high

If you've been charting your basal body temperature and you see that your temperature has stayed elevated for 18 days in a row, you're probably pregnant

Good luck.

I would request a blood test. There may be a reason you have starte yet. Sometimes if you have recently stopped taking the pill, that can cause you to have problems becoming regular. Good luck!
The symptoms you described, although can be symptoms of preganancy, are also common when stressed. Today's pregnancy tests are quite accurate and are able to detect pregnancy after just a day or two late. After 4 negative tests, I would say you definitely are not pregnant. It could be that this is just something you want so badly, that perhaps the symptoms are imagined, like "wishful" thinking. This is also common. Also, these symptoms do not show up after only one week. The symptoms you describe do not come until two or three months into the pregnancy. Just relax and have a good time. Since this is not your first pregnancy, I'm sure you will concieve soon. Try not to be anxious, this can hinder you concieving.
a urine test isn't as sensitive as a blood test, which your doctor didn't do by the sounds of it? so if you want to be sure now ask for a blood pregnancy test. a pap smear wouldn't tell them if you were pregnant. they wouldn't be able to tell from an exam this early in pregnancy.

And I really hate how people are saying your definately not pregnant, because it is still a possibility. urine tests can't always detect pregnancy this soon with every woman. and the pregnancy symptoms can definately come this early in pregnancy, not months later.

you could just be so excited about trying and hoping for it. but you never know until you get further testing. good luck!
Same thing is happening to me. My pd was a week late (due Dec. 15) b4 I got a + home test. Took four home tests in the 3days before and 3 days after my pd was due, all negative. So I went to the HMO lab to get a test done on Tues, it was negative too. Finally LAST NIGHT I got a positive home test. I went back to the lab again today... Funny thing, though, Is that I've "known" I was pregnant for about 2 weeks. I've been soooo moody, my boobs have been sore, and I've been eating non stop-but lost 5 lbs from burning it to breed. I'm now completely grossed out by my toddler's poopy diapers (not normal), can't stand the taste of raw onion, and can't concentrate on anything...

Good luck...
