Are there leaves left in late October in Michigan?

Im getting married, and am planning for October 28th. Im in Mid-Michigan. I want to do outdoors, but cannot remember for sure if there are still leaves left that late or not? There is a large variety of trees, but I believe that Poplar (cottonwood) and Beech are more prevaliant in the area. Along with these bushy shrubby things..not decorative, but naturaly growing. Im hoping for leaves with color, or will the leaves be gone by then (or all brown...)

There will most like still be plenty of leaves, some with color, at that time. Mid-Michigan leaf color peaks inl mid-October.

Gonna be some shabby looking leaves. Shouldnt be too many.
Congratulation on your wedding. Being from mid-Michigan along the lake I find usually the leaves are brown or mostly down. However, a lot depends on the weather (winds %26amp; rain). You could possibly luck out and have some color at that time but I think is's taking a chance. Hope your day is beautiful!!
