My husband and I have just started to try for a baby. I charted my ovulation from Christmas to give us a head start - plus I am a real worrier. In January I ovulated on day 25, Feb day 20 and March day 19. I was on the pill for a long time before this and so thought the fact they were irregular was my system just getting back to normal and imagined this month to ovulate earlier again. But this month I am on day 23 and still nothing. I have had a bad cold so maybe that has delayed it but I keep reading that late/ irregular ovulation is bad and makes it harder to conceive. Is this true or am I panicking over nothing?

If you have sex with no protection...yes.
If you have sex using condoms as protection...maybe.
Otherwise...um I don't think so.
It is not true . A little irregularity is not a matter for concern
