Background Info: I am a sexually active 19 year old, been having periods since I was 11, always on time! Been off and on birth control for years, Just started on Ortho-Cyclen on the 27th of December.

Ugh, I have been so confused with my body lately normally I am on time, every 28 days, Last month I was 3 whole weeks late (not pregnant) and my Dr. put me on birth control, I was supposed to start on Thursday and still have no sign of getting it, I have been really nauseous at night time and have trouble sleeping (since Wednesday night). What is wrong with me?

The Dr. felt around and said everything was normal, no cysts or anything, but I am confused as to why I haven't started yet....
